These terms govern your use of the IPTV 4K website and subscription service. Placing an order, starting a free trial, or simply using the site means you accept them. If you are not willing to, please do not use the service.
What the subscription is
A subscription to IPTV 4K is a licence to access streaming content for a fixed term, delivered as a set of login credentials. It is not a physical product and no hardware is supplied. You provide the internet connection and the device; we provide the stream and the guide.
Your account and credentials
The username, password and server address issued to you are personal. Keep them to yourself. Sharing them publicly, reselling them, or using them to run a commercial redistribution service is a breach of these terms and will end the subscription without a refund. You are responsible for anything done with your credentials, so tell us promptly if you think they have leaked.
Simultaneous screens
Every plan states how many devices may stream at the same moment, from one to five. You may install the player on as many devices as you like; the limit is on concurrent playback, not on installations. Persistently exceeding the limit will cause streams to be refused and may lead to suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not record, rebroadcast, or publicly perform the content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, and do not use it to break the law in your own country. Access to particular content may be restricted by region, and using tools to get around those restrictions is at your own risk.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously and we size our servers for peak events, but no internet service is immune to outages, maintenance windows, or problems at a broadcaster's end. Channel line-ups change over time: feeds are added and occasionally removed, and no individual channel is guaranteed for the life of a subscription. Your own connection speed also determines what quality you can actually receive.
Pricing, billing and renewal
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and are charged for the whole term in advance. A subscription does not renew automatically; when the term ends, access stops until you choose to buy another. We may change prices for future terms, but never for a term you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are dealt with in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. The free trial exists so that you can test the service before paying, and we would rather you used it than asked for money back afterwards.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms, that is being used fraudulently, or where a chargeback has been raised against it. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally contact you first. You may stop using the service at any time simply by not renewing.
Copyright
We respond to properly made copyright complaints. The procedure, and what a valid notice has to contain, is set out in our DMCA Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content decisions made by third-party broadcasters, or for interruptions caused by your own equipment or connection. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where we are liable, that liability is capped at the amount you paid for the current term.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms are published on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant we will say so. Using the service after a change means the new terms apply to you.
