FAQ — Questions and answers

The things people ask before ordering and while setting up. Anything not covered here, email help@iptv4k.io

What is the IPTV 4K app?
It is the player you install on your television or phone to reach the service. It holds the channel list, the seven-day guide, the on-demand library and the quality selector, and it is the only piece of software you need — there is no separate box and no browser plugin.
Where do I download it?
On a Firestick, install the Downloader app from the Fire TV store and enter code 5728794. On Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, take the installer straight from iptv4k.io/iptv4k.apk. The app page has the steps for Smart TVs, and the setup guide covers each one screen by screen.
Which devices does it run on?
Amazon Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube, Android phones and tablets, Android TV boxes, Samsung, LG and Sony Smart TVs, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or Mac through a browser or a third-party player. Your plan limits how many can stream at once, not how many you install it on.
How do I install it on Android?
Download the installer from iptv4k.io/iptv4k.apk. Android will ask permission before opening a file from outside its own store — allow it for your browser under Settings → Security, or accept the prompt when it appears. Then open the download and the player installs itself.
What is IPTV 4K?
A subscription streaming service carrying 22,500+ live channels and 82,500+ films and box sets, delivered over your own internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line. Sport, film, news, entertainment, children's and music are all included on every plan, at up to 4K where the broadcaster provides it.
How do I subscribe?
Pick a term and a screen count on the pricing page and complete the order. Your username, password and server address are emailed to you, usually within the hour. If you would rather someone walked you through it, start at /order and an adviser will handle the setup with you.
Can more than one person watch at once?
Yes, up to the number of screens your plan includes — one to five. Those screens can be different devices in different rooms watching entirely different things. Going over the limit does not cost extra; the next stream is simply refused until one stops.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Subscriptions do not auto-renew, so access ends when the term you paid for ends and no further charge is made. If you want to stop early and think a refund is due, email help@iptv4k.io and we will apply the Refund Policy.

A channel keeps buffering — what should I check?
Almost always the connection rather than the stream. Run a speed test on the device itself, not on your phone: 10 Mbps carries HD comfortably and 25 Mbps is a sensible floor for 4K. Then try a wired connection or the 5GHz band, restart the router, and drop the quality setting in the player one step. If it still stutters on a good line, email help@iptv4k.io and we will move you to a different server.
How often does the channel list change?
Continuously. Feeds are added as they become available and occasionally removed when a source stops carrying them, and the on-demand library gains new releases regularly. No single channel is guaranteed for the life of a subscription, so if one particular feed is your reason for buying, check for it during the free trial.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 24 hours of the complete service, every channel and the whole on-demand library, with no card required and nothing that renews afterwards. Request one on the free trial page and tell us which device you plan to use.
