This page explains when an IPTV 4K subscription can be refunded, how to ask, and the situations where a refund is not available. It applies to every plan sold on iptv4k.io and forms part of our Terms of Service.
The single best way to avoid needing a refund is the free 24-hour trial. It opens the entire service — every channel and the full on-demand library — on your own device, without a card. If the service is not going to work for you, the trial is where you will find that out.
If the service does not work and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. In practice that means:
Ask within 7 days of the subscription starting. Contact support first — most problems that look terminal are a decoder setting or a wrong server address, and are fixed in a few minutes.
A refund is not available where:
Email help@iptv4k.io with the address you ordered under, roughly when you ordered, and what went wrong. If it is technical, telling us the device and what you see on screen usually saves a round trip. We aim to reach a decision within two working days.
Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with. Our side is processed within five working days; how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and a week is not unusual. Access ends when the refund is issued.
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback opened without contacting support first ends the subscription immediately and we will contest it with the delivery record. Almost every case we see would have been settled faster by email.
