IPTV 4K respects copyright and responds to properly made infringement notices. This page explains how to send one, what it has to contain, what we do when we receive it, and how to challenge a removal you believe was wrong.
We do not host or originate video. The service aggregates streams and points subscribers at them. Where we are notified that material reachable through the service infringes a copyright, we act on that notice — we do not require a court order first, and we do not ask the complainant to prove their case beyond the statutory requirements.
To let us act quickly, a notice needs all of the following. A notice missing any of it may be returned to you rather than actioned:
Send notices to help@iptv4k.io with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. Email is monitored every day, including weekends, and reaches us faster than any other route.
We acknowledge receipt, normally within two working days. Material that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled promptly, and the account responsible is notified where one can be identified. Repeat infringement leads to termination.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. It must identify the material and where it appeared, include your contact details, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and include your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will pass a valid counter-notice to the original complainant, and the material may be restored if they do not seek a court order within the statutory period.
Both notices and counter-notices are made under penalty of perjury. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed in error, can make you liable for damages and costs. Please be sure before you file.
